We stayed at the Le Germain Hotel Toronto Mercer for 2 nights to visit family. All of the staff were so friendly and made sure we felt welcomed and that our stay was perfect. This is a beautiful, very modern hotel. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very, very comfortable. I would have taken the bed home with me if I could have, it was so comfortable and luxurious. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower that was awesome. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay downtown Toronto.

Le Germain Mercer hosted several of our family members and friends for our daughter's wedding last month. Despite the ongoing construction, the team did a great job ensuring that our guests were comfortable and that they received their gift bags as they checked in. The rooms were great and the location is wonderful. Shout out to Stephanie who helped organize the reservations for us and to Chloe who ensured that things went smoothly at check in! Recommend!!
